- $30-50/hr - 1-2 projects per month, with potential to scale up

We started IcePanel because existing tools for software architecture suck. We've now grown to a team of 9 with $4.5M+ CAD ARR. We care about staying lean, shipping fast, having fun, and building something people actually love.

The role

We're looking for a talented videographer and content creator to help us create cool video content. The ideal person is scrappy, knows their tools, can tell compelling stories, and create videos end-to-end.
You'll be responsible for:
- Scripting, filming, and editing product demos/walkthroughs, customer interviews, and events
- Creating short-form content for our socials and website
- Collaborating with the product team to understand features and tell their stories - Building our video identity and brand

About you

You:

- Have 5+ years of experience as a videographer, editor, or similar role - Are comfortable creating videos end-to-end, from planning, directing, filming, and editing - Are an expert in video editing tools (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) - Are able to take in feedback, but know when to move things forward

- (Bonus) Have done work for a tech/B2B SaaS startup

Proof of craft (required)

You must show us your work:

- Portfolio, YouTube links, shorts - anything that shows off your skills - It doesn't need to be super polished, as long as it's something you're proud of

If you can’t point to something you’ve created that feels great, this role isn’t for you.

Location

- Our office is in North Vancouver (5 min from Lonsdale Quay). You may need to come in occasionally

- Travel required based on shooting location (Lower Mainland with potential to travel internationally)
