About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing and correcting user-submitted data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and of high quality. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our technology choices database that our users rely upon.

Some high-level awareness of technical services, SaaS platforms, developer tools and programming languages is a bonus.

What to expect

- Review and assess the correctness of user-submitted data with high accuracy.

- Source technical descriptions, URLs, high-quality icons, and assign categories to submitted data.

- Perform corrections or improvements on user-submitted data where the quality or accuracy is lacking.

- Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and systems.

Pay and hours

Pay - $20 - $25 per hour CAD

Hours - Part-time 12 - 16 hours per week flexible

Location - Remote or office in North Vancouver

Must have Canadian work authorization.
